Day 2

Ok. Yesterday went great!

1. Breakfast was yogurt & granola.
2. Lunch was some scrambled eggs with wheat toast
3. Dinner ( i went home and convinced the 'rents to cook healthy!) was halibut (MMM!) wild rice mix and corn. Man, it was the best dinner I've had in a loooong time. It was so good, and so good for you!
